The neck rollers do not reach your neck. Requested a return label and was strung along for almost a week. I was asked to try a hoodie or towel under my necknto make the rollers reach where they need to... The return policy is very onesided in favor of the company not the cuatomer. The longer you have the product the more of your money they keep. Hence, I had to ask 3 times for a return label and they still replied once "you confirm you want to return the product we will initiate the label" seems like a stalling practice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the massager due to lack of functionality.

This massager is fantastic! It is very sturdy and manageable. The massage features and gentle heat combine really well to provide an excellent massage experience on my neck and upper back! These are the areas where I really need help, and this massager appears that it might be my answer!

Hands down the best massager ever. It is a deep tissue massage that really gets into your shoulders and neck area. I’m so glad I finally purchase it after seeing it come up on my feed for months.
