Experimental Light Roast (Colombia Honey Process)

A very nice chill light roast. The sweeter notes still stand out after adding a bit of milk. Loved it!

I love coffee. My partner’s family owns a roastery. Spring-Heel’d Jack Coffee is hands-down the best coffee I have ever tasted. There’s old, deep magic in these beans. Try as many of their roasts as pique your interest, as they are all blue ribbon champions!

Love it! The roast level (to me) is pretty much perfect, certainly a light roast, but the coffee has a full body with enough kick to still get the tasting notes after adding a little milk. The blueberry notes hit just as advertised, with a nice sweetness and pleasant acidity rounding everything out. An excellent cup of coffee!
