I've really enjoyed using Shred X. The flavour is nice and yummy, making it easy to drink before training, although I still prefer the Gummy Bear flavour overall. It mixes well, gives me a solid energy boost without feeling overly jittery, and helps me feel focused and motivated for my sessions. I've found it's a great pre-workout to take before my F45 workouts, giving me the extra push I need for those high-intensity classes. Definitely a product I'd recommend, especially if you're looking for a quality thermogenic with great taste.

Loving it works a treat when your feeling low in the morning before the gym and doesn't make you bloated like other supplements I've used in the past. Great flavour and not carbonated
