what an upgrade

A month and a half in, I still don't mind doing the dishes by hand. Have been using a dish pad for (?) almost a decade in a small apt - it truly feels like the upgrade I needed. You definitely need some extra space above and length wise (because of the cup and utensil/knife holders on each end). The only change I would offer is for the knife holder: the slits are only for chef size knives; it doesn't hold smaller knives well, and no slit for meat cleaver size knives!!

Better than the last one I bought

I bought the one that goes into the plastic web and I bought it in the lighter color. It was so hard to get the stone in and out of the mesh that I probably did not clean it enough and it developed mold. Also, the lighter stone showed all the stains. I prefer this dish rack. I just wish I had not spent double the amount to find something I liked.

Best Dish Rack

I've been waiting for a better option and finally found it! This dish rack is so beautiful to look at on my counter, functions beautifully, dries quickly, what more could you ask for! It's a smaller footprint than what I replaced it for, but it holds the same amount of dishes. I highly recommend spending the extra money on a quality piece!
