First thing in the morning essential. Gets me ready for my day and training sessions before going to work. Flavour isnt bad either.

I picked up the lime flavour and although it’s a strong taste, it’s not bad. I do add less than the recommended water ratio and mix it in with my pre workout which is currently a strawberry flavour. They seam to work well together and I’m pumped for my workout. I like a high caffeine content so alone it’s not enough but combined it’s perfect. The energy/focus/shred ratings are hard to say given how I take it but I can say I would purchase it again.

I noticed a real difference after adding this to my routine. My body feels lighter and less weighed down since I started using it. Will definitely keep using it!
