I have used many electrolytes over the years, and Endura is the best one I have tried! My favourite flavour is Lemon Lime. I'm looking forward to trying Coconut once it's back in stock.

Hydrating

I definitely feel more hydrated during my workout but the taste is very average, you don't want to add too much water! I got the berry grape flavour.
