Cuddy Composting Toilet

Although we have not yet experienced the process of emptying our Cuddy, we have had a fine time filling it. It’s compact design fit exactly where we needed it and its simple aesthetic means we don’t feel the need to hide it or disguise it in any way. So far, 10/10

Great experience. Extraordinary customer service. Being new to any kind of off-grid lifestyle I was happy to come across quite a few social media platforms that had high praise for this product. I had emailed the company to confirm I had everything I needed. Emily exceeded my expectations (which I have high standards being in the industry for 20 years) by not only responding to my request, but responded in a uncannily quick manner. Not to mention she walked me through the entire process, and informed me a product that was out stock was available and switched out on my order for me. She was extremely personable and felt like I was just chatting with a friend. I look forward to using my unit in my new mountain cabin.

My wife and I tried it out for the first time on a two week road/ski trip to Colorado. We were also trying out our new homemade little travel trailer lol. I was a little nervous about composting toilets but the Cuddy worked great! The quality is good and it's easy to live with, empty, clean and all the things I was worried about. Looking forward to the next trip!
