My first lifting belt!

My coach recommended I buy this belt and it has made such a difference to my deadlifts and squats. It's great quality, sturdy and once you get the hang of it, easy enough to adjust or put on/take off. Ladies with a waist of 70cm or below - just order size Small from the get go!
