Hercules Knee Sleeves - Single Ply

The material and design is perfect. I probably should have gone a size smaller, but sizing said to goo with XL as my knee is 18 around.

These sleeves are awesome, makes the deadlifts a lot nicer than banging up my kneecap!

High quality sleeves. Sizing is good if you want quite firm compression. Does not totally cut off circulation and doesn’t seem to add to my lifts at all. I prefer this style over neoprene. It’s a little tighter than I would’ve preferred, but I should’ve sized up because I am specifically looking for “slightly cozy” as opposed to “firm grip”. But, that’s a me problem. I can wear the for entire training sessions without discomfort.
