Wonderful experience with exchange
I love my bag. During my first use I noticed a tiny stitch coming undone. I probably could have just carried on with it as is but I decided to reach out since this was a splurge treat for myself. Beis team was phenomenal to work with and replaced my bag with no hesitation. It gave me full confidence seeing them stand behind the quality of their product and I will buy again in the future. Perfect overnight bag
This bag holds even more than I thought it would! So pretty and structured. I do wish the maple read warmer in person. It’s a lighter chocolate brown I’d say. Still very chic.

Very happy with this bag
Needed to replace a similar (but lesser quality) bag that I have had and used well for over 10 years. Would have repurchased, but no longer being made. I researched a number of review sites and chose the BEIS bag. Very happy I did. Not hugely expensive (I had some kind of discount). Looks and feels way more expensive than it is. It is just slightly larger than my previous bag but that small size difference means a lot. I can fit (at least) 2 pair of shoes plus toiletries kit and electronic cable case in the bottom section. Main section is spacious easy to pack and has several zippered and open pockets. I love that the trolley sleeve on the outside zips to become a pocket because I rarely take this on a plane so don't need to slip it over a roll aboard. I use it for 1 or 2 night trips that are more local.
