Black Raspberry Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Wonderful bright flavor

I received a 200 ml bottle for Christmas. We went through it so fast, I ordered a liter in mid February. Now I'm kicking myself for not ordering more!

Tasty, but a bit too sweet

This is a personal taste, but I found this balsamic vinegar a bit too sweet. It had a nice raspberry flavor, but I prefer a tart berry over a sweet one and this was too sweet for me. If you like a sweet berry balsamic, this is perfect.
