I use this product after the Curl Fresh shampoo and conditioner on hair-wash days, and to revive my curls on non hair-wash days, it works well for both. It contains magnesium which really helps to boost curls. I have fine curly hair, and this is light enough not to weigh my hair down. I recommend this product.
