Side Sleeper Knee Pillow

Pretty good but pricey and the strap is disappointing

The pillow itself is fine, it does the job pretty well. I chose this one because of the strap (I move around a lot), and while it works, the way it’s attached isn’t great. The hard/pointy side of the Velcro is on the pillow, so sometimes when the strap pulls on it it rubs against my skin uncomfortably. Plus the Velcro is already coming off. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

Knee Pillow Value

I was using a pillow before this and the structure was lacking. This knee pillow is soft yet supportive. Gives me the support I need as a side sleeper.

My physical therapist suggested that I needed to sleep with a pillow between my knees so I proceeded to research options. I couldn't imagine how I would be able to comfortably turn over in my sleep while trying to hold a pillow in place. Then I noticed the small Side Sleeper Knee Pillow with a Velcro strap. When it arrived I was happy to see that it did what I was hoping for; I don't have to wake up to turn over and it doesn't disturb my blanket - or my husband!
