This is a fantastic bag - Just right

I am guilty of purchasing way too many work bags and I have to say for everyday commuting this is a great option and one that will be my go too. While I note reviews weren't complementary of the strap, it is okay and works however if I was to mark the bag down on anything this would be the only area, but that would be picking at the edges. I have the 25lt backpack Citadel R3 25 as well and love this backpack. I now have all bases covered. Well done on top quality, good looking items. I think my shopping for bags stops here.

The right stuff

Love how versatile it is, elegant in material and the size is perfect for my office carry. The magnetic lip covering the top of the laptop adds more protection specially from dust or debris while the bag is open. Enough pockets and zippers to keep your stuff organized. This is a well thought off design and quality manufacturing. Surprisingly fits more than what I thought.

Super awesome! It's stylish, but I wish we can adjust the shoulder strap so the cushion can be on my shoulders.
