E-Wild Pro Ebike

The shipping process took a lot longer than it should have but that was Canpar’s fault. They also damaged the derailleur in shipping as well. Luckily this bike is very well built and has very high quality parts so I was able to fix it up like new myself and it works great. The paint job and clear coat on the frame is absolutely amazing, the whole bike quality overall exceeds my expectations and my expectations were very high considering how much these bikes cost. I can easily get over 100 kms on a charge and I use the throttle a lot going up hills. Very impressive.

I’m writing to share my honest review of my recent purchase of the Ewild Pro. I had very high expectations for Emmo, so I was disappointed when I received the bike. The delivery company, Canpar, was terrible. They didn’t inform me that the bike would be delivered that day and instead gave me a notice to pick it up somewhere. The delivery guy was incredibly rude and refused to wait for me, even though I told him I’d be there in 10 minutes. He just could have rescheduled the delivery. When the bike finally arrived, there was a QR code on it with assembly instructions. However, there was no video of the Ewild Pro 2025 available on the QR code or anywhere else on the Emmo website. The only video available was for the 2022 model. My partner and I managed to figure out how to assemble the bike, but it took longer than it should have if we had received the correct instructions. Despite the problems with the bike and the delivery, I still love it. It’s a little bigger than I expected for my height of 5’6”, but it’s still comfortable. Overall, I’d give the customer satisfaction a 5 out of 10, but I’d give the bike a 20 out of 10.

Bike good just need little adjust on front brake,emmo delivery not good but sales people are great, just ordered monta duel ,all o k withe emmo except delivery. Thanks
