Dosage is three large size gel capsules taken with a meal. Pleasant citrus smell and taste. Only one week into using daily. Expecting improving eye health. Stay tuned.

I just started taking these at my Doctor’s request as I have a bad case of dry eyes. I’ve been using eye drops 3-4 times daily with no relief. I can honestly say after one week of taking 3 per day I notice a significant difference. I’m still using the drops to supplement but this has really made a huge difference. I will be curious to see what my doctor has to say. I have a follow up in three weeks.
