Does seem to help. 1st cream that has ever worked for me! Gave some to a friend and it helped her also!

Works great but i chose to flip the use recommendations. The Night balm smells like cinnamon.. the morning like menthol.. I’d rather be in public smelling like cinnamon.. and in my bed at night smelling like menthol
