When the machine arrived, I had difficulty understanding the "directions", I use that term begrudgingly, but Dorene actually set up a Zoom call to walk me through it. It's easier to use your Bluetooth to program. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I have the diffuser programed, it looks beautiful and works perfectly.

Finally Got The Scent I Wanted!

Took a bit to set up (instructions not in box) but once I figured out how it works; it’s great! I can use my phone to set up the event schedule and the concentration I want. I have it set on the lowest setting and the lovely scent of Boardwalk Bliss permeates throughout my living area. Happy with the purchase!
