Love my purchase. Despise how long it took to receive it.

There was no update on my order except alink that provided no information. In summary my advice to PRL: Duplicate Amazon’s delivery system which updates their customers on where their packages are during the logistics/shipping process. When a customer spends money on your website, they need a status on where the products is in the delivery process. The 3 stars is for the product only.
