Wild Yellowtail Fillets In Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Good substitution

Yellowtail seems to have similarities to skipjack tuna, mackerel or sardines. It's my first time trying Yellowtail, and I like it just fine, good flavor, a little more chewy than some of the other canned fish I've tried from WP, but not a deal breaker. For me, it's a pretty good substitution for when they are out of stock on my favorite items that I regularly purchase. Very good overall, would recommend!
