Treats can’t be beat! Customer Service is a different story

Yes, the treats are great and my guy adores them and after about 20 bags (literally…we train a lot), I doubt I will not reorder. However, I reached out last month to share that I received a bag of Bison heart bits that were unusually small. Tiny, like someone had swept the floor or put the bottom of 5 bags into this one bag. I have photos. I was basically told, too bad. It happens. I was a little stunned but it is what it is. Since I keep getting emails for a review, I thought I would let you know my thoughts.

my coworker had these bison heart winnie lou treats that she gave to my foster dog, and they were the only treats the foster dog would actually sit for. i bought some of my own for her, and winnie lou sent an extra pack of surf and turf dried food! she loves that, too. definitely worth the purchase, and i will absolutely buy again when i am done with these packs!
