C5 Recon Field Solar - 40mm USA

I enjoy this watch even more than I expected. It is super well built and great looking. It is super comfortable on the blue rubber strap for summer and I will likely wear it with the flat link bracelet in the colder months.

Very cool watch, looks great! I love field watches and wanted a black dial to wear when I wasn't feeling my others (blue dial Hamilton khaki auto, white dial Hamilton khaki mechanical, cream dial Timex expedition). It's more accurate than either of those, and I love the fact that it's solar powered. Lume is excellent. I have no idea how it would have fit with the stock strap, since I immediately remove straps/bracelets from all my watches and fit with CNS Paratrooper straps (regardless of whether it's Timex, Rolex or anything between). My wrist is 6. 75", and it looks too large in the picture but is perfect in reality, assuming that this thing we're in is actually reality.

Very nice watch, I love the look. I bought it thinking the green wrist band was quick detachable but I should have read closer and I’m not a fan of the pass through strap but luckily it came with the black rubber strap as well. Keeps time well. One complaint would be the date is set so far in the watch that you have to have the watch at the perfect angle to see it. Lume is very good and I can see the time all night long when I wake up in the middle of the night to feed the baby. On other complaint which is a bigger one to me, is that the hands don’t line up with every minute/ second mark on the bezel. So sometimes it’s hard to tell exactly what time it is and honestly kinda sucks with this being over $300. Overall I’m happy with the watch, just hope they can make some changes in the future and possibly add a day date function on it in one day would be nice.
