hardy and beautiful
Wintered over in my 5a hilltop garden! Used a rose hut for the first winter. Blooms are pretty but not quite like photo. Hoping that they develop more like this as the shrub grows.

I was a bit disappointed how the rose arrived. It appeared to have a very hard trip across the country, and the new growths were dying. The rose is now planted, and I monitor its heath daily.

Very disappointed in the quality of the rose bush. Very thin stems, 2 of which were blackened and had to be removed.
