Nauseating scent
The rose itself is healthy but not intensely vigorous however what I find off-putting about it is that its scent is nauseating. I think it's a myrrh heavy Fragrance and I didn't realize that prior to purchasing. If you hate myrrh roses, steer clear. It's a STUNNING rose though- the blooms are absolutely gorgeous but there's plenty other pink heavily ruffled roses available as such.

Time will tell but she arrived healthy and ready to be potted. Leaves have sprouted and appears to be doing very well. Stay tuned

Im sure it is a great rose, but for me it has really struggled with blackspot. Every June we have so much rain in zone 5 that i have to defoliate almost the wntire bush by July. My bush also hasn’t produced very many blooms, nor is it very big. I think the tallest it has gotten is 18”. Maybe all my problems with it are because of gardener’s error, or maybe because of a canker I pruned off recently. It has exploded with growth in the past couple weeks since.
