I recently purchased heirloom roses, including two climbers. They arrived quite small, with canes that weren’t very strong. Since I’m in California, I’m hopeful they’ll eventually establish well since I planted them. I’m not too concerned, though, because this company has always stood behind their guarantee. In the past, they’ve refunded any rose that didn’t survive within the warranty guidelines without any hassle. Their customer service is consistently quick and exceptional, which I truly appreciate!

Nice, well developed sturdy canes were well packed but easy to open. Definitely will purchase again from this shop.
