We had a fantastic experience with Pure Saunas from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional both before and after our purchase. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. We were looking for an entry level sauna, and the Maxxus Seattle 2 Person Near Zero EMF Far Infrared Sauna fit the bill perfectly. Shipping was smooth and on time, and we were very impressed with the quality of the packaging. Everything was extremely well protected and thoughtfully organized. The sauna comfortably fits two people, and we have been very happy with all the features it offers. Setup is definitely a two person job, but my husband and I were able to do it ourselves without any issues. Overall, it is clear that Pure Saunas takes pride in both their products and the customer experience. We could not be happier and would absolutely recommend them.
