I love this sling bag!!!! The material is very light and the print is so cute! The hardware. . hk enamel is soooo cute. The cherry blossom pendant is received was so cute too! I love everything hello kitty, pink, and sakura!

Never received my item and the item was shipped without sending a shipping confirmation email. I didn't know it shipped until I was getting solicited by them via email to leave a review which I thought was strange when it hadn't even shipped yet, so I had to go in myself to see the order status and saw then and there that it had shipped. They sent a lot of emails except the most important one which resulted in my package going missing. Really disappointing as I was looking forward to making this my everyday bag so I could feel more confident and put together at work.
