Love the thing! As a trucker, i never know when I’ll be home; and when i am home, I don’t want to have to do the lawn. This is great!

I’m not sure if I just got a bad unit but the unit is constantly just stopping claiming it’s charging, but it’s just sitting in the middle of the yard, losing its position and not being able to get back to the charging pad. Sometimes when it does get back to the charging pad, it says it can’t charge, but when I hit hit the charge button in the app, it starts charging the turnaround time for support is days and the information is pretty vague. Whenever I call the actual number that says 24 seven I get put on hold and then I’m told to leave a message. I don’t think I’ve had a product experience this bad ever. I really wanted this thing to work. I have a lot of yard and I would love to sit back and watch it mow lastly, the setup was relatively challenging even for me someone who ran an automation and software a group for 10 years I still can’t believe that they are actually selling this product.

Soooooo many issues, it has not finished my yard yet. Overheating, anonymous issues, random stopping. Just too much going on. So far customer service seems nice but that doesn’t fix the product.
