I've been contemplating a Hoselink Hose Reel after watching various garden YouTube channels sing their praises. Hoselink was one of the sponsors of the 2026 Garden Fling which I attended in Buffalo. They graciously provided attendees a discount code. I took advantage and replaced the hose at the front of my house. That hose was a pain to roll up so it was often left out as a trip hazard. The hose reel is so easy to use and keeps the entry area neat and tidy.

Excellent Customer Service

The first hose reel had a problem where it would not lock in place and would only retract. Hoselink customer service was super responsive and sent me a new one the same week. The new unit works well, appears well made and love the warranty.

Amazing hose solution!

I am pretty sure the tangled hoses dragging through the garden every time we tried to water were going to drive us insane. I was skeptical that a Hoselink would work well and not cause more issues, but I have never been happier to be wrong. We have used it most of this summer, after mounting it to a 6x6 post set into a bracket in a small cement base. 1. It doesn't wobble or feel like it will break/tip/get damaged. 2. The retraction, which I was worried about failing or being difficult, is so smooth and works so well. I do make sure to wipe any mulch or debris off the hose as I feed it into the case. I don't know if this is necessary, but I feel better about it. 3. I can pull the full length of hose, use it, and put it back without any issues. Every thing works smoothly and kinks are not an issue within the space I want to use it. 4. The hose itself is high quality and light, which makes it easier to manage. 5. Installation was super quick and easy, I did it myself in 5 minutes. It is pricey, but worth every penny. I am going to get another one for my side yard soon!
