Polaris Ranger (Without Wiper) (2016-2026)

I am going to start I had a great experience ordering. I got great communication and product arrived on time. Here is where I am having issues. I installed the cover as directed. There was no communication about the magnets being so heavy that I can no longer flip open my windshield. The second I open it the magnets weigh it down and it closes. I am hoping customer service can help me work through this issue. I am hoping the is a resolution that I missed. We really enjoyed driving with the windshield flipped Up on nice days. We no longer can do that. Can someone with customer service please contact me ? I am really hoping I missed something. I love the protection, but don’t understand why this is happening.

Magnets hold extremely well to protect windshield from bugs and rocks. Awesome product!
