I was so excited and left a great review on my purchase BUT then the Versatech MagSafe phone holder let me down. The magnet attached to the holder itself detached due to glue failure. You can see the trace residue left on the holder. I left a review and now I’m editing this review because the owner of the company called me about 2 hours later. He had already processed a replacement to be sent prior to calling me and apologized. They hadn’t had a glue failure yet and I’m confident after having great chat with him that there will be no glue issues with the new replacement. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service and standing behind your product just like the old days of America. Thank You Trail Icon.
