Pathetic return policy

I ordered a ramp for our dog, who has arthritis, because the stairs outside are too difficult for her. The stairs were too short so I submitted a return/refund request. I was told I would not only have to pay to return the stairs but I also would be charged a 20% fee to put the box back on the shelf! This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

First and foremost I must compliment the customer service. I was unsure what size or type of ramp we needed and submitted a question. I was able to talk personally to Ben and sent him a picture of my doorway with measurements. He promptly got back to me with his recommendation. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Friday and was perfect! It's made things so much easier for us. Thank you for your service and product!
