Excellent service, excellent product

Both my daughters wanted personalised luggage for our holiday and found exactly what they wanted on Live x Maintain. During the ordering process I was concerned that I had not completed the personalisation part correctly and contacted the customer services team who got back to me and assured all was correct by return email. However, I had left my order until the 11th hour and was worried that I would not receive the suitcases in time. As advised, I emailed my order number to the customer team and they ensured it arrived before my holiday. The suitcases arrived in 3 days and are absolutely fantastic. They are sturdy but light weight, great attention to detail and super stylish. My girls absolutely love them. I couldn't recommend the service or quality of product more highly.
