Personalised Bloom Stripe Suitcase

Great item!

The cases are lovely and I have ordered off of them previously. Though I had an issue with the lock on the big case as it would not open. Unfortunately, their customer service whom I dealt with was horrendous. Out of principle I fear buying off of them again even though their products are great, as I am not willing to deal with the service again.
