It doesn't really work...
I removed all beans from the grinder and thumped the bellows. All of the air pressure generated comes out the gap between the hopper and the grinder body. Little to nothing comes out the exit hole at the bottom. You'd need to install some sort of TPU seal if you wanted the airflow to continue out the bottom. I did a post grind test (two separate grinds) where in one I used the bellows to dislodge remnants, and the other I simply thumped the top of the grinder with my hand, and the quantity of grounds dislodged was similar. So the majority of cleaning action generated by the bellows is simply the vibrations of hitting it, not the airflow.
