I’ve bought several of these vests for my husband. He loves the pockets and the ability to carry several items not only when traveling but on a daily basis. Great product and quality.

This Vest is Fantastic

I got the Fireside Fleece Vest in Navy because the gray and black were sold out. I was worried that the color would be a bright navy shade. I am conservative and wear colors like gray, hunter green, or dark blues. But, the color was wonderful! I love it. I am amazed at how fantastic the incorporation of all the pockets has been implemented in the design. The fabric is not heavy but very warm and soft as can be. However it is not limp by any means. The best zippers I've ever had on outerwear. Alas, I am retied and do not travel much at all. But this will be a winter every day wear for me - around the house, outside, trips into town. The microfiber cloth with the pocket map is genius, and great for my glasses. I may get one of the fleece hooded jackets. Planning to get the lightweight vest for warm weather. Thank you Scott and Laura for coming up with a fantastic product. I heard about you from a Goulet Pen Co. Youtube video commenter. She said her ScotteVest solved her problems traveling with fountain pens. A reply to her comment was a watcher who loves his ScoteVest and has had it for years. I had to check it out and the rest is happy history. Don't doubt any of the descriptions of these products, nothing is exaggerated at all. Workmanship and materials are of the highest quality. The design is genius. I used the size chart and got medium. Fits me like it was tailored.

Warm and functional

Well-made, heavy fleece. Good for cool weather or under a coat in cold weather. You can dedicate a special pocket for each important item like phone, wallet, tickets, sunglasses. All pockets zip so nothing falls out unexpectedly. Only drawback is no RFID pocket. The vest replaces my bulky hip pack. It could be too heavy for warm weather, so I may get another, lighter weight vest for summer travel.
