I was in need of this part so I could mow my lawn. I actually ordered this part from 3 different sources. The two vendors I ordered from first had problems. One sent an e-ring while the other had the item back ordered (then sent a hose clamp in error). I would have done better if I’d ordered from you in the first place but I didn’t until the first fail. You sent the correct items and I’m satisfied with your company and will use you again if the need arises. The other two vendors did make good on their errors.
