My podiatrist explained i have a high arch when she was trying to help my foot get over plantar fasciitis. I tried store bought inserts, but none had enough of an arch. Saw these n figured maybe they'd be better. We'll they're 100% better. It took a few times wearing them to get used to them, but feet, knees, n hips are grateful!
