Beautiful couch and quality materials. Really easy to assemble: they recommend 2 people but I was able to do it solo. Only thing I’d point out is its a very firm seat and bed. Would suggest a topper for the bed functionality.
Customer service is quick to respond as well! I had questions about delivery - which was also efficient and well organized - and they responded at the next business day, and same day on my follow up questions after.

It's very nice. Fits the space (our study) we intended it for well. It's a firm, supportive seat, which we like, and it will be great for overnight guests. Our cats give it 5 stars, too.

Nice looking and perfect for our home office. This is a better option & space saver — compared to a big sofa bed for weekend guests as well 🙂
