Good Brand, Horrible Online Ordering Experience

I ordered these boots online , as I needed them for an out of town job. They shipped them and they were the wrong size. 3 sizes too small. They said they would send the correct pair. I had to go out of town and the replacement shoes came. Wrong size again! Customer service said they would send shipping labels to return. The email only contained 1 label and a blank one. Had to make 2 trips to the UPS store that was 30 minutes away due to the label fiasco. Absolutely no compensation was offered for their mistake and the inconvenience it caused me. And the fact I never got the boots I paid almost $200 for. Had to wait 7-10 days for a refund too. Never again would I buy directly from the website and actually ended up buying what I needed, different brand at a local store. Very bad experience!!

Very comfortable boot. I do construction and on my feet for long hours on all different terrain. My feet and back never hurt
