Replacement for old style I guess ,same size but fits extremly loose , sole is different, face of shoe is higher on foot , I give up everything has to change, find a pair of good shoes and next time new style?????

Hurts my ankles

I've already contacted Keen but have not heard back. These shoes are everything I'd hoped for except they are too tight around my ankles. I have bruises from wearing them.
