Solid breakdown of both the transitions and submissions

I was expecting something a little more rushed in terms of details so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw thew quality of detail in both the sweeps/transitions and the submissions. This has always been a weak area of mine so I'm hoping it proves useful.

Great videos. Great quality. The instruction is very thorough and easy to follow. He shows situations from several different positions. Quite a bit of content. I think this will be very useful as I progress along my jui jitsu journey.
