I guess everyone is different. One review said they didn’t smell rose at all. It’s very prominent to me in Opus Incense Rose - it’s very well done. I’m a man and can say it’s a very unisex rose. Long lasting - it lasts a whole work day for me.

A Classic Rose with just a little spice

Opus XII Rose Incense is a mature slightly soapy and slightly inky rose. As the fragrance evolves on my skin, the soapiness dissipates just enough for me to detect traces of sweet vanilla. The incense note is moderate and grounds this fragrance so that it isn't a headache-inducing floral. This scent is a powerhouse, but also quite elevated and charming. Perfect for an elegant evening out.
