What a difference sharp burrs make!

For lighter-roast espresso recipes, even and very-fine grind is key to sweet shots. My Mazzer Mini's burrs were over 10 years old, and I thought it was doing pretty well, but thought it would be prudent to replace them. In fact, it turned out to make a big difference - I can control the length of shots more consistently with these new burrs, which is really what you're after. So yahoo!
