Easy ordering process but...

The wrong part was sent the first time, delaying my project by a week once it was returned and correct part was sent. I also was quite disturbed by the policy to not 100% refund my purchase price for the wrong sent part. On principle, when sent wrong part, 100% of cost should be refunded. The EGO part was fine once I received the correct part. I'm going to give them another chance as I think the refund process is an internal training issue.

Blower motor and tunnel

Came quickly. Relatively easy to install. Will need 3-12ga wire shrink tubes, not supplied. Need to reuse the rubber vibration isolation grommets from the old unit.
