I can definitely feel a difference between this cooling mattress pad cover and my old one, which does not have a cooling element. I have the Comphy soft spa sheet set, and as others have mentioned, there is a slipperiness to the cooling mattress pad cover, but nothing that the corner anchors for the sheets can’t solve. Overall it has improved my sleep this summer as I haven’t been waking up sweaty and overheated.

I love how cool this feels. I'm a hot sleeper so I'm glad it protects my mattress from sweat. It does feel slippery but I really like the feeling.
