A Great Purchase!
The Kanakam trio is an amazing set. It is multipurpose and really well made. I especially love the brass utensils. They fit great in my hand when making dosas.
The masterclass is just as amazing. It's so helpful when you're just getting started and don't have much experience making dosas. I highly recommend getting this trio and taking the masterclass; you won't regret it.

That was a fantastic cooking class today!! Kumar and I learned so much and appreciate your patience, expertise and guiding us through the Dosa process step by step.
We also very much enjoyed learning to make the peanut tomato chutney.
