i loved to glittery style but was highly disappointed when it stated it was a glow but it did not glow at all that is why im only giving it 3 stars

I'm obsessed with this dip and will certainly be restocking once I run low. the first time I used it I completely forgot that it glowed in the dark until I rolled over in the middle of the night and realized my nails were glowing. I get compliments every time I wear this one!
