Missing the snap back

I bought two hats a couple years ago and they are snap back. I bought two hats a few months ago and they have some vinyl strap on the back and don’t fit right and are hard to adjust. So, I ordered two more hats. I clicked under the snap back and when they came, they had the vinyl strap. I’ll wear them, but I’m not going to like it. Your website is confusing. I wish I could get some snap back hats.

I adore this hat and the quality is always high tier. So glad I finally found Mammoth as I am someone who always struggled to find hats that actually fit and look great. Mammoth hats have become part of my everyday wear.
