Classic Performance Hat - Grey

This is the first cap that I've owned that actually fits. It doesn’t start creeping up from the back. I like the way it fits all around, especially at my ears. The cap i bought has the nylon strap for adjustments, and i like it better than the snap type. I will be buying another cap soon. Thanks for a great product, guys!

Customer service

I find the hats to be just okay. The fit is good, however the crown of the hat wants to push down. My biggest complaint is more about the lack of customer service. I be reached out multiple times in different formats and only one reply and when I responded to the dislike of the reply they went silent. There is an old saying, no matter how wrong you think the customer is, they are your key to success. In other words they are always right.
